How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all form and email enquiries within one working day. For urgent matters, WhatsApp or phone is faster — we typically reply to WhatsApp messages within a few hours during office hours.
Can I visit your office without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during office hours. However, booking an appointment in advance allows us to prepare relevant candidate profiles matched to your household needs, making the consultation more productive.
Do you serve employers outside of Penang, Selangor and Kedah?
Our three branches serve Penang (including Butterworth and Seberang Perai), Selangor (Puchong, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Klang and surrounding areas), and Kedah (Alor Setar, Sungai Petani, Kulim, Jitra and surrounds). If your address falls outside these regions, call or WhatsApp us — we can advise on the best approach, particularly for work permit renewals and document services.
What information should I prepare before contacting you?
It helps to have a rough idea of: your primary household task (cooking, elderly care, childcare, general housework), whether you have any language or nationality preferences, your household size, and your expected timeline. We can work through everything else together.
