What to Know About Maid Transport
New Arrival — What the Pick-up Involves
When your helper's flight arrives, our team is at the airport with her name and identification. After she clears immigration and customs, we meet her at the arrival hall, verify her documents, and conduct an initial arrival briefing covering key points about her new household, Malaysian regulations, and her rights and responsibilities. She then travels with our team to your home address for the formal handover.
You will receive a message confirming her arrival and the estimated delivery time to your home. We do not leave until the handover is complete and any immediate questions from both sides are addressed.
Home Leave — Planning and Documentation
Home leave is typically taken once during a contract term, agreed in advance between employer and helper. The timing should allow for a scheduled return well before any major household events. We assist with any required documentation and provide airport transport both ways.

Do you pick up maids from the airport?
Yes. We collect newly arrived helpers from KLIA and KLIA2, conduct an arrival briefing, and deliver them to the employer's home. This service is available for placements we have managed and, in many cases, for helpers placed by other agencies — contact us with the flight details to confirm availability.
What is home leave for a domestic helper?
Home leave is a period when your helper returns to her home country during the employment contract — typically agreed in advance and taken once per contract term. We assist with the documentation and airport transport for both the departure and return.
Can you send my helper to the airport when she leaves?
Yes. We provide transport to KLIA or KLIA2 when your helper is returning home at contract end or early termination. This is coordinated with the permit cancellation process — see Permit Cancellation.
